Epic’s LinkedIn Job Listings

I have to say, I’m not a fan of Epic’s approach to nationwide recruiting here: There are a bunch of listings for the same job in different cities across the country, but the description states that the position requires relocating to the Madison, Wisconsin, area.

I’ve reported a few of these to LinkedIn as “incorrect location” but I doubt this will help much. Maybe there’s a limitation of LinkedIn’s jobs feature that the company is trying to work around, but it doesn’t feel great to see a job that is supposedly in my area but actually requires moving halfway across the country. Relocating is a big deal, even if the company offers to pay for it.
